NOTE: Dues to the Georgia Retail Association are not deductible as a charitable contribution, but may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. However, 26% of the dues is not deductible due to GRA lobbying activity.

Retailer - Any person, partnership, firm or corporation carrying on the business of retail distribution within the State of Georgia shall be eligible for membership.

Associate - Any association, person, partnership, corporation or firm having interest, but not actively or directly engaged in the field of retail distribution, shall be eligible to become a member of the Association, without right to vote.
